Tristan Martin is a freelance documentary producer and editor based in London.

I started out as a multimedia journalist with Reuters, before moving to Colombia to work as a freelance journalist. Whilst in Latin America I co-founded the production company Pestle and Mortar with my partner Faye Planer. Over a period of three years we produced short documentaries and features for National Geographic, Vice, Quartz, NBC and the BBC.

Now based on a rusty barge in London, I work as a producer, director, and editor, typically on documentaries with an international scope.
