Pandemic 2020
An epic series directed by James Bluemel for BBC 2. Over three parts, we charted the course of the first year of the pandemic through the personal stories of dozens of characters in over 20 countries.
As one of the producers on the series, I cast characters and managed complex storylines across multiple regions, with a focus on India and Latin America. My principle characters were Prakash, an Indian wedding singer, and Vladimir, a Colombian city official.
I organised dozens of complex international shoots in the midst of constantly evolving protocols and filming practices. I then went on to work as an Assistant Editor to Simon Sykes, Anna Price and Justin Badger, which included cutting the trailer shown above.
